Since 1999, Parkway Medical Group has offered bone densitometry (DEXA scans) as a service to our patients.  Used in the aid and diagnosis of osteoporosis, DEXA scans help your physician prevent devastating bone fractures and bone degeneration that can impair mobility and reduce quality of life.  Our bone densitometries are performed by International Society of Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) certified personnel.  Bone density tests are recorded and entered directly into your medical record to be instantly reviewed by your provider, no matter where they are located.
